Robert Morris University Illinois Director of Athletics Jared Williamson has announced the appointment of Meghan Brady as the new Head  Women's Lacrosse Coach at the University.  Brady is currently recruiting players that will begin competing again in the 2019 Season.

Brady is a former RMU Lacrosse player. Brady had an incredibly successful athletic career at RMU. In her first season of play she was named NWLL Rookie of the Year and member of the All-Conference Team. In 2014 she was the Captain of the team that won the NWLL Championship and received the National Tournament MVP award.

"Meghan was a standout on the field and in the classroom at RMU. I'm confident she can build a program moving forward that reflects the teams she played on during her time at RMU" stated Athletic Director Jared Williamson.

Brady served as assistant coach for Davenport University in Michigan and helped lead the Panthers to what was then, their best season on record.  Davenport finished the 2015 season with a 16-4 record, they won the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference title, and advanced to the National Women's Lacrosse League Championship game.

Brady moved back to the Chicago area and was an assistant coach at Elmhurst College. Brady has coached locally at the Club and High School level as well.
