ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Robert Morris Illinois Women's Bowling team competed in the Roto Grip Keystone Quaker Classic and Lehigh Valley Collegiate Classic in Allentown, Pennsylvania during the holiday break, finishing in third and fourth place respectively in the events.

The first tournament was the Roto Grip Keystone Quaker Classic held on December 27th and 28th at the Haja Rosebowl Lanes, featuring 14 teams and approximately 100 bowlers.  The Eagles finished in third place for the second consecutive year, and Britney Brown (SO/Lawton, Okla.) (3rd) and Stephanie Cieslewicz (SR/Amherst, Wis.) (4th) both were named to the All-Tournament Team.

Next up for the Eagles on their winter break trip was the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Classic on December 29th and 30th and RMU finished its tough week with a fourth place finish.  Brown and Cieslewicz were once again the team's top performers, ending the tournament in seventh place and 19th place respectively.

The Eagles will host its annual Roto Grip Eagles Baker Challenge, which will be held on Saturday, January 14th and Sunday, January 15th at Stardust Lanes in Addison, Illinois.  The event will begin at 11am on January 14th and at 8:30am on January 15th with 65 teams competing, including all RMU Bowling teams.
